Paulsen Motorsports Limited Warranty

Paulsen Motorsports chrome wheels and accessories are warranted for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase to the original owner. Oxidation or corrosion of the finish due to neglect and/or adverse weather or chemicals is not covered by this warranty.

Paulsen Motorsports assumes no responsibility for diagnosis, removal and installation labor, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, inconvenience, painting or other consequential damages or expense.

Any claim made to pursuant to this warranty regarding crooked wheels shall be conditioned upon Paulsen Motorsports inspection thereof.

Those claiming under this warranty shall, at Paulsen Motorsports option, have the following remedy against Paulsen Motorsports in substitution for all other remedies or rights: the right to (A) repayment, or credit toward the purchase price of a new wheel; or (B) the replacement of said wheel or accessory.

This warranty is the only warranty covering wheels or accessories.

THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

There are no returns allowed on custom offset wheels, or OEM-type wheel applications.

There are no returns allowed after thirty (30) days. No exceptions.

There will be twenty (20%) restocking charge on all returned items and no allowance for freight charges incurred.

IMPORTANT: All Warranty returns that are reviewed by Paulsen Motorsports wheel department and found not to be subject to warranty coverage, will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the senders expense.
